Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Step-by-Step Return Process

Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name, size/color, reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Attached proof of purchase and photos of the item(s)
- Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number (required for processing). - Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage in the original box with all materials. Include your order confirmation and use the provided return label (US) or follow international return instructions. - Track Your Return
After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Cleats showing signs of wear or used on playing surfaces (hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized footwear (unless defective)
- Items marked “Final Sale” in product descriptions
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange items for different sizes/colors (subject to availability). If your preferred item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping Options
- Prepaid Return Label (US Only): $8.95 deducted from your refund
- Self-Arranged Shipping: Use any trackable carrier (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange free return and expedited replacement.
