Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Exceptions:
- Cleats that show signs of wear or have been used on playing surfaces cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized footwear cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in product descriptions are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original box with all packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Affix the provided return label (for US customers) or follow international return shipping instructions.
Step 4: Track Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping Options
Choose the shipping method that works best for you:
- Prepaid Return Label (US Customers Only): $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
- Self-Arranged Shipping: You may choose your own carrier. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
International Returns
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
